Hello there, all... please forgive us for the delay in updating. As of right now - we've both good and worrisome news to report.
The good news is that Jaime is going to have the opportunity to preach on Christmas Eve, and possibly Christmas Day, at a vacancy church (an ELCE church currently without a pastor) in Portsmouth. Therefore, over Christmas week, we will be traveling quite south to the congregation, passing through London for a bit, and through Berkshire to visit a friend. We're excited for the holidays, even if we don't get to see our friends and family at home.
The worrisome news is that we've just received word on the financial aid front, and it doesn't look good. We've only been approved for a fraction of the loan we applied for to cover expenses, which is all the more troubling in that we're all ready 2 months into Jaime's school year. Had we known the outcome of our finances ahead of time, some different planning would have taken place. Pray for us, please, while we try to sort this out - mainly our bills back home in the U.S. are what we're worrying about.
Other than that, however - we remain happy to be here, and will commence with posting more pictures soon. Hope evertything is well on the homefront! We certainly miss you all! Let us know if there is anything we can keep in our prayers for you.

Yay for bloggy blog...poo on no money! I feel ya on that one though. If you and Jaime would just pray for me to find the job that God wants me to have, I would greatly appreciate it! :) Love you both!
